In 1935, it was located in Lahore (current Pakistan) by Rai Fateh Chand and after the partition of India in 1947, it was reintegrate at Hisar in 1954.[2]
Goal and Objectives:
The sacred impartial of Fateh Chand College for Women, Hisar is to offer young women a positive learningenvironments facilitating expression of ingrained academic brilliance and talents in cultural, literary, and sports activities; to ensure constructive environment for powerful character building and inculcate, courage and determination in prospective administrators, entrepreneurs, teachers, professionals, writers and orators. We at the F C College for Women, Hisar purpose as well as work diligently to make educational learning an attractive pursuit. Our efforts are to facilitate for the young women candidates such personality orientation as is essential hallmark of answerable citizens of the country.

NCC
NCC develops a sense of authority, self-reliance and qualities of character and courage with a view to make cadets functional citizens of the Nation. It convey collective training to cadets and inculcates in them the qualities of leadership, comradeship, spirit of community living and National integration. NCC also inculcates the feeling of selfless service and takes definite amount of risk/hardship and instills discipline and train the Cadets for certificate “A”, “B” and “C” examination.
