For part time PhD candidates have to submit the No Objection certificate (NOC) stating that he/she is permitted to pursue studies on a part time basis, before submission.

Note: In case of candidates working outside the University area, a Co-guide duly recognized by the University may be permitted, if necessary, in addition to the University Guide / Supervisor on the recommendation of Doctoral Committee.

How to Apply? 

Students can apply directly through online mode on the university official website. Candidates must follow the following Steps while applying online Application Form.

• Visit University Website
• Find the notification page
• Click on the apply online for M.Phil Ph.D Entrance Exam Button.
• Fill all required details in the columns.
• After that upload a passport size photo (size not more than 200kb).
• Re-check all the details filled in the application form and then click on the submit button.
• Now Proceed to pay the entrance cum registration through an avaiable mode of payment.

Note:- After Successfully Submission of the application form, a student must download their application form.

How to Pay M.Phil. PhD Entrance Exam Fees? 

Candidates can pay fees either through online or through offline mode. Complete details of payments is given below:

Online Mode 

Deposit the requisite fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) through Net-Banking/Debit/Credit Card after Registration in University Bank Account.

Offline Mode 

Deposit the requisite fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) in any branch of Punjab National Bank throughout the country on the same working day. (Bank Service Charges will be extra)
