Professor Rachita Rana (PhD) is a passionate educator with over 22 years of rich experience (teaching and research). She has also served as a peer reviewer for research projects in economics at the Indian Council of Social Science Research in New Delhi.She is a Professor and Director at various reputed management institutes across India such as Maharaja Surajmal Institute, TASMAC, University of Wales, IITM, BalaJi Group Management Institutes (Pune).Her qualifications include her PhD (Eco). She holds a Master's degree (EC), an MBA (Mkt.), and a postdoctoral fellow at the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). Her interests and areas of expertise are economics and business administration.She is a consultant on industrial projects and a key collaborator on a number of major research projects funded by the Indian Council of Social Research (HRD).She has written seven of her books and edited six. Her advantage is that she has an extensive collection of over 56 research papers published in prestigious journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. She worked as a guide/evaluator for her MBA thesis at the University of Wales, UK. She is currently a Ph.D./M.Phil guide and reviewer.She was named the Universal Mentors Association's 2022 Director of the Year.
