The DDM Sai College was established in 2003. It is affiliated with H.P. University, Shimla, and approved by the Bar Council of India. LLB (3 years) course was started in 2008. Later B.A.LLB (5 years) course was started in 2013. The intake capacity in LLB 3 years & B.A. LLB 5 years is 60 each. DDM Sai Law College believes in developing the personality and creativity of students rather than merely communicating factual knowledge of course contents to them. It is located at a distance of about 1 Km from Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway 88, the college has a serene environment with wide open spaces around it, abutting it by a road with vast open space and tree groves around.The institution is well-equipped with conducive infrastructural facilities like the Seminar Hall, spacious classrooms and playgrounds, and well-equipped laboratories and libraries. There is a provision of a hostel for girl students and a canteen is functional on the campus. The co-curricular activities are an integral part of education. Inter-house competitions are held in literary and cultural activities as well as inviting guest speakers for talk, holding of extension lectures, legal awareness programs, free medical camps, and educational tours as a regular feature that strives to widen the intellectual horizon of the students. It has a healthy environment that is conducive to promoting academic work all year through.

Computer Laboratory

Considering today's need for computerization, our College is proud to have all the infrastructure facilities in certain faculties such as Commerce, Geography and Mathematics. These departments have their own computer laboratories with modern equipment and necessary software (Microsoft Office, Mathematica, Matlab, Latex, C++ software, etc.) to meet the needs of students. In addition, the library also has an e resource center, which provides access to e resources among other things.

Library

Shahid Bhagat Singh College has a fully computerized barcode library. The library has a computer lending system with barcodes. We have two computers dedicated to OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) book searches. This collection is enriched by his over 86,796 books on various research fields. The library also subscribes to over 100 of his periodicals in various fields (national and international, specifically Harvard Business Review, The Economist, etc.). The library also has a small computer lab for accessing electronic resources subscribed to by the College of Delhi through the College's intranet and the Internet. The Library also holds orientation programs from time to time and provides orientation in electronic resources for accessing bibliographic databases and full text databases available through the College's intranet and the INFLIBNET Consortium and Information Literacy Program. Students are encouraged to inquire about various library services with Dr. Puja Anand Gulati, Librarian.

Canteen

The College campus has a spacious and well ventilated canteen building with ample seating, separate from the academic blocks. We provide students and faculty with a variety of snacks, food, tea, coffee, and other beverages at low prices. The canteen committee monitors food quality, care and hygiene. A proposal to renovate the cafeteria was recently approved by the Building Committee and Board of Directors.

Seminar Rooms

The College has two seminar rooms equipped with state of the art equipment. The College organizes seminars, workshops and lectures with the active participation of students and teachers. Prominent scientists and experts from academic and business organizations are invited to interact with students and give lectures.
