Adesh Institute of Medical Science and Research (AIMSR) is a private not revenue driven Medical College related with a 750-bed Tertiary Care Teaching clinic. It has 150 M.B.B.S. yearly seat consumption. The school is situated on the Barnala Bathinda Highway in the locale Bathinda of Punjab, India. The grounds is spread out on a 100-section of land. The school was built up in 2006 under Adesh Institutions. AIMSR is affirmed by Medical Council of India and allowed by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It was associated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot from 2006 to 2011 MBBS Admissions Batch and is subsidiary to Adesh University, Bathinda beginning 2012 MBBS Admissions Batch.

Adesh University, Bathinda, the right now partnered college was granted the "Six Sigma Healthcare Excellence Award" – Oscars of Indian Healthcare, under the class "Best Healthcare Academic Institution of the Year" in December 2015.
