The Bhupal Nobles' University has been constituted as per the approval of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly under the University Act no. 23 of 2015. This University is sponsored by Vidya Pracharini Sabha which was established in 1923 and is one of the oldest credible educational societies in the country. It saw the light of dawn on 02 January, 1923 with two pupils and a primary school teacher. Ever since then, it has never looked back. In 1923, it was by the blessings of its Prime Deity Eklingnath and under the patronage of the prince, and later, the 75th Maharana of Mewar, the first Rajpramukh of the Republic of India, Shri Bhupal Singhji that the two devotees of education and learning, Mamaji Maharaj Aman Singhji of Ralawat and Rao Bahadur Thakur Raj Singhji of Bedla, on the advice of Pandit Dharm Narayanji, initiated this institution as a Primary School (Court of Wards' School). In 1929, this school was upgraded to Bhupal Nobles' High School.In 1954, the school was upgraded to an Intermediate College thereby acquiring the name of Bhupal Nobles' College. This college was later upgraded to a Postgraduate College. Bhupal Nobles' P.G. College has today become one of the most reputed colleges of the state along with being accredited “A” grade by the NAAC-UGC, Bangalore.Established in 1967, Pratap Shodh Pratishthan has today come up as one of the most prestigious research oriented organizations having a rich collection of manuscript, Pattaparvana, Bahide, Settlement records etc. which are a treasure providing various historic dimensions to scholars pursuing research in these areas.In 1971, another school Bhupal Nobles' Public School (Vivek Vidya Mandir) came into existence. With the aim of opening up vast avenues of technical knowledge for the students Bhupal Nobles' Post Graduate College of Pharmacy was established in 1984. Later on the Bhupal Nobles' Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences came up as a pioneer We????Created????History... institute in this field. In 1990 the Bhupal Nobles' College of Physical Education came into existence as the only college of its kind in the state.The year 1995 holds a remarkable place in the history of this educational society as its members took an astounding initiation – the decision to establish a college exclusively for girls. Today the Bhupal Nobles' Post Graduate Girls' College has become an apogee of women education and the most renowned girls' college in the state. Yet another milestone was achieved with the opening up of Bhupal Nobles' College of Law in the year 2003.

Computer Laboratory

Considering today's need for computerization, our College is proud to have all the infrastructure facilities in certain faculties such as Commerce, Geography and Mathematics. These departments have their own computer laboratories with modern equipment and necessary software (Microsoft Office, Mathematica, Matlab, Latex, C++ software, etc.) to meet the needs of students. In addition, the library also has an e-resource center, which provides access to e-resources among other things.

Library

Shahid Bhagat Singh College has a fully computerized barcode library. The library has a computer lending system with barcodes. We have two computers dedicated to OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) book searches. This collection is enriched by his over 86,796 books on various research fields. The library also subscribes to over 100 of his periodicals in various fields (national and international, specifically Harvard Business Review, The Economist, etc.). The library also has a small computer lab for accessing electronic resources subscribed to by the College of Delhi through the College's intranet and the Internet. The Library also holds orientation programs from time to time and provides orientation in electronic resources for accessing bibliographic databases and full-text databases available through the College's intranet and the INFLIBNET Consortium and Information Literacy Program. Students are encouraged to inquire about various library services with Dr. Puja Anand Gulati, Librarian.

Canteen

The College campus has a spacious and well-ventilated canteen building with ample seating, separate from the academic blocks. We provide students and faculty with a variety of snacks, food, tea, coffee, and other beverages at low prices. The canteen committee monitors food quality, care and hygiene. A proposal to renovate the cafeteria was recently approved by the Building Committee and Board of Directors.

Seminar Rooms

The College has two seminar rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The College organizes seminars, workshops and lectures with the active participation of students and teachers. Prominent scientists and experts from academic and business organizations are invited to interact with students and give lectures.
