Sunrise University was established by Act No. 25 of 2011 and situated on a sprawling campus of 30 acres. The area in which university is located is known as “Tiger Gate of Rajasthan” which National Capital Region Alwar. Dr. V. K. Agarwal, MBBS, DCH, MBA who is chaiperson of the university established the university to meet the dynamic needs of competitive world. University was recognized by University Grant Commission u/s 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956. Some of the latest technological facilities created in the University are High-tech class rooms and digital library. In the IET Group in different disciplines 8000+ students from different parts of the country are studying. To cope with the increase in enrolment of students in various on-campus programmes good infrastructure facilities have been created. To cater to the needs of the learners and researchers new laboratory facilities in terms of space and quality equipments have been provided. IET Group is functioning in the Sunrise University to get employment, the placement cell. To monitor the quality of academic output an Internal Quality Assurance Cell has been created. To pair with new trends in teaching and research at the global level departments of study conducts national and international workshops, symposia, seminars and conferences. To develop the individual student’s personality a students PDP Cell for on-campus students has been set up.
