The College was built up in the year 1999 and is appropriately endorsed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Delhi and associated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (once known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow. The primary clump of the school was passed out in the year 2003 and till date 15 bunches have been go out. The Institute is popular as Vira College of Engineering since 1999. Presently the Institution name has transformed from the session 2013-14 in the affectionate memory of author secretary Kunwar Satyavira ji. Presently the new name of our Institute is "KUNWAR SATYAVIRA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING and MANAGEMENT, BIJNOR".
