Kasturba Institute of Technology (Formerly Known as Kasturba Polytechnic for Women), under the Department of Training and Technical Education, is the subsequent Government Institute built up solely for ladies in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It was pronounced the best Polytechnic in 2004 by ISTE at National Convention of Students at Anand, Gujarat and was granted the best polytechnic grant in northern India in 2003 by TTTI, Chandigarh.
