Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology was came into existence in 2001. It was established by Act No. 6 of 2003 of the Gujarat Legislature. In 2017 DA-IICT accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Government of India. DA-IICT was included in the list of UGC for Universities under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 on 30 November 2004. In Gandhinagar, Capital City of Gujarat campus of the DA-IICT is spread over 50 acres of land. It is designed as an environmentally conscious campus. With species of rare medicinal plants campus also has a herb garden. Institute is at the distance of 30 minutes from the Central Railway Station and Sardar Vallabhai Patel International Airport located in Ahmedabad. With recycled water irrigation for campus garden and lawns is carried out and no rainwater is lost as landscape was planned and developed in a manner.

• Eligibility Criteria : With 60% marks or its equivalent in B.Tech/M.E./M.C.A./M.Sc./B.E. / M.Tech./M.Phil.or equivalent degree in ICT / EC / IT / EE / CS /  IN / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics / Bioinformatics / Electronics
• Selection Criteria: With valid NET-JRF/DST Inspire/PM scholarship/Visvesvaraya direct Interview for candidates. On the base of the entrance test conducted at DAIICT Gandhinagar candidates will be shortlisted and selection will be done on the basis of the personal interview at DAIICT Gandhinagar.

Computational Science, Mathematics and Physical Sciences

• Eligibility Criteria:  With 60% marks or its equivalent in M.Phil./B.Tech./B.E. /M.Tech. / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Computer Science / Scientific Computing / Engineering Physics / Computational Science / Mathematics / Electronics / Physics / Bioinformatics

Fees Structure

• Tuition Fee Rs. 20,000 per Semester
• Registration Fee Rs. 2,500 per Semester
• Hostel Rent Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000 per semester depending upon the hostel block in which the room is allotted.
• Caution Deposit Rs. 20,000 (Refundable at the end of the Program)
