Scholars who wish to pursue UG courses from the university must have passed 10 2 examination or original with PCM/ B as subjects from an honored board. 

Admission to 85 of seats under the UG courses will be granted grounded on the score in BCECE. Whereas for 15 of the seats, admission will be offered on the base of All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR.

The minimum age to apply for B.Sc andB.V.Sc &A.H. courses is 17 times on or before December 31, 2021.

Scholars who have passed ISC examination in Physics, Chemistry and Agriculture shall not be eligible for admission to any of the UG programs in the university.

Campaigners for admission to bothB.Sc. The program of the university shall be named through BCECE( Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) conducted each time by the Govt. Of Bihar for 85 of the seat. For the rest 15 seats, selection would be made by All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR. The seeker should have done 10 2 or original with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Agriculture/ Math from an honored board.

Admission forM.Sc. Agriculture is done on the base of an entrance test conducted by the university itself for 85 of the total seats. Rest 15 of the seats are fulfilled via the ICAR good campaigners. The same course is only for Bihar-housed scholars.

For Ph.D. Program admission,M.Sc.( Agriculture) is demanded as the last qualification with OGPA7.0. Admission to the exploration course is done on the university-grounded entrance test on 75 of the total seats while 25 of seats are filled on the public position ICAR test.
