
Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University broadly accepted as HAU, is one of Asia's colossal horticultural universities, placed at Hisar in the Indian state of Haryana. It is titled after India's 7th PM, Chaudhary Charan Singh. It is a member in agricultural analysis in India and commit significantly to lush Green innovation and White innovation in India in the 1960s and 70s. It has a very big campus and has many research centres all over the state. It conquered the Indian assembly of Agricultural Research's Award for the Best school in 1997. HAU was originally a square of Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. After the arrangement of Haryana in 1966, it became an sovereign school on 02-02-1970 by a Presidential authorization, later approve as Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities move, 1970, authorized by the Lok Sabha on 29-03-1970. A. L. Fletcher, the 1st Vice-authority of the university, was involved in its basic growth.
