Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is a main agrotechnology supplier of India and its alumni are perceived all through the world. The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) had its beginning from foundation of an Agricultural School at Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India as right on time as 1868 which was later moved at Coimbatore during 1906.
The University is offering Ten Under Graduate qualification programs in Science and Technology are being offered in 14 constituent schools and 27 partnered (private) schools situated all through Tamil Nadu, Forty Postgraduate Degree Programs and Twenty Six Doctoral Programs in 14 Colleges conveyed in 11 grounds all over Tamil Nadu. TNAU has 36 Research Centers for Agrotechnology improvement and 14 Farm Science Centers for outreach.
