ICARE set up Haldia Institute of Nursing Sciences (HINS) in the year 2007-08 to give ANM(R) course in Public Private Partnership mode with the Govt. of West Bengal. Later on the Institute is moved up to offer GNM (3 and ½ yrs.) course perceived by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi (INC) and partnered to West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC) from the session 2011 – 2012. This organization began to give prepared medicinal staff to serving in rustic regions. The establishment is devoted to give quality human services preparing according to INC and WBNC program.
