Expressions College was renamed after Babu Shobha Ram, one of the lights of the Mewat territory. He was the primary Prime Minister of the Matsya State, the legend of the 'Praja MandaI Movement' and a 'political dissident' too. The Government of Rajasthan thought it suitable to name one of the main instructive organizations of the state after him.
