Adesh University, Bathinda, the bellwether academic and analysis aim of Adesh Foundation, a brave in health care, technical and medical education came into presence in the State of Punjab in July 2012 by move no. 6 of 2012 of Government of Punjab, advise under Punjab Government Priodical (Extraordinary) outdated 10-7-2012 under Punjab Private Universities administration 2010. The father body, the Adesh Association was settled in 1995 vide certification No. 618 of 1995-1996 (Certified under Societies' certification move XXI, 1860) in Sri Muktsar Sahib, an under created field of Southern Punjab, with focus and aspiration of serving humankind in the circle of health care as well as paramedical, medical and technical education.

Adesh University

Adesh University was established in 2012 Adesh Foundation, is a private university in Bathinda, Punjab. It was approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) & the Medical Council of India. The university offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, PG Diploma, & Research courses in various disciplines. The UG study MBBS, BPT, BDS, B. Pharm, B.Lib, & B.Sc. The PG study includes M.Sc., MD, MS, M.Lib, M.Pharm, & MBA. It also offers specialization in PG Diploma and Advanced Diploma program.

Adesh University Placement

The medical college provides placement to the candidate in the medical network. They have their own hospital called Adesh Hospital where night shits, resident medical doctors, paramedical jobs are accessible. Candidates can also join internships during which they receive stipend payments. Stipends vary according to role & responsibility.

Adesh University Scholarship

The University provides scholarships to meritorious students. It also conducts many exam based scholarship where a student who have passed those exams, the government will provide the full amount of scholarship. The University also offers scholarships to those who belong to SC/ST Category. 

Adesh University Facilities

Adesh University is spread over the area  100 acres & academic buildings are spread over an area of 40 acres. Along with this, there is a huge air-conditioned facility of auditorium cum 2 examination hall with an area of 500 sq. meters which can accommodate 500 candidates capacity. Some of the other Facilities are described below:

Library: The university has a spacious centralized air-conditioned library with a facility of 4 reading rooms.  The library consists of 13,502 books with more than 200 national and international journals. Also, the library has a subscription of 1,349 e-journals. Computer, along with internet facilities is provided to both student and teaching staff. 

Hostel: The university provides hostel facilities with 144 rooms available for boys & 244 rooms for girls separately. Hostel rooms provide facilities like a cupboard, separate study rooms with the connectivity of computers & internet, comfortable beds, bathrooms and attached toilet facilities. Adesh medical college hostel is situated inside the Bathinda campus. AIMSR hostel rooms are available on basis of sharing. One hostel room can accommodate 3 people.  There are 144 rooms available for boys & the remaining 244 rooms are available for girls separately. The hostel can accommodate nearly 600 students. All students need to follow the college hostel rules as per the management.

Sports: It also offers various kinds of outdoor & indoor sports activities for improving the physical health of students.

Canteen: The University college offer three canteens & one mess facility for the benefit of the students, staff, and the patients.
