The erstwhile Government Ayurvedic college of Jaipur of the government. of Rajasthan was incorporated to make the Institute. All the teaching and non-teaching workers of the then Government Ayurvedic faculty of Jaipur and conjointly the teaching workers of presidency Ayurvedic faculty of Udaipur were screened for absorption within the Institute. Those workers suggested by the Screening Committee and approved by the body were finally absorbed within the Institute.
