Shiv Nadar University Ph.D. Course Admission Guidelines
The selection of the students takes place in 4 stages after the submission of the application documents.
Stage 1: It involves the screening of the received applications from the students. The application forms are checked for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity. The main aim of the screening is to ensure that the applicant has met the minimum eligibility criteria for applying and that an application is complete in all respects. Incomplete application forms are rejected at this stage.
Stage 2: The list of the shortlisted students is produced.
Stage 3: The shortlisted students are invited to take a written test and appear before the Departmental Committee for an interview round. The written test carries 70 percent and 30 percent is for the interview round.
Stage 4: The final step involves the evaluation of written test and interview round performance, the creation of a merit list. After the preparation of the merit list, the results are declared.
