Selection Procedure
- The candidate will be selected on the base of the written test only. The Written Test will be conducted twice a year in the month of February and August.
- The pattern of the Exam will be 100 Multiple Choice Objective Questions (100 marks).
- The written test will examine the research aptitude, concept, intellectual ability, and subject knowledge.
- The candidates shall be exempted from the written test who have qualified UGC-CSIR, UGC-NET / SET / ICAR / M.Phil. examinations.
- The candidates shall be exempted from the written test who are working in the sponsored research projects of research Supervisors and FIP candidates.
- Candidates with a fellowship in MHRD / RGNF / CSIR / DST / ICSSR etc shall be also exempted from the written test.
